Stereotypes argon reall(a)y learned from everywhere: from our p bents, the media, at school, on the street, even around our family. As a kid, we grow up, auditory sense our parents saying, Dont talk to strangers Stay away from him. Hes sturdy news and without us even knowing, we are programmed to prove certain people by nothing precisely their appearance. We dont care if they have an outstanding individualizedity, came from a very well-respected family or secretly struggling through personal matters. If we cod someone or people who dont exactly fit the images we as a people thinks they should, we are quick to criticism.
The media is the worst of all. In news, we see criminals who are African Americans, who have many tattoos from head to toes, who have a shave head, or scars on their face from all the fights or battalion initiation and if we see men who, in our opinion, fits the descriptions, we automatically thinks bad man and walk the other way.



They could actually be a good person, a caring father, a perfect married man and the way he facial expression might be how he chose to represent himself or whatever bad things he DID do is left in the past, but we would never know because preferably of looking past his looks and actually choosing to get to know him, we judge them, comparing them in our head to all the bad guys we came across in our lives and saw on tv and simply choosing to neglect them.

With this quote, I believe I have an idea of what it is about.
